Strength in
Motion
Get Balanced, Get Flexible, Get Strong.
Health is a combination of many factors. A balance of flexibility and strength is critical for ideal performance. As physical therapists, we see a multitude of injuries every day. Take a step in the right direction and start training your body to help prevent injury and maximize performance.
Balance
Balance refers to the physiological process of maintaining our body within it's base of support. It also refers to our ability to prioritize and focus our time and energy on all of the differenct aspects of our lives that allow us to thrive and be our best selves.
Flexibility
Being able to move beyond our restrictions
is necessary for healthy movement. Challenging our bodies with flexibility work and challenging our minds with new endeavors can lead us on a path of health.
Strength
Strength is our power to resist a force. We have the ability to be physically, emotionally and mentally strong. Our physical strength will allow us to jump high, run fast and land softly.
